Operator

In our customer's 5,000 m² business premises, everything revolves around growing and processing the tastiest crops. As an Operator you are the driving force behind your production line from washing, polishing, sorting, cutting, peeling, scraping to packing. Your responsibility? Ensuring that production runs according to plan, efficiently and food safely. Build and configure the machines and work closely with your team to deliver a high-quality product. Maintaining peace in chaos and hustle and bustle is no problem for you.

Other important activities;

• Optimize and convert machine settings where necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure production runs efficiently and safely.
• Accurately maintain production records.
• Striving for a high-quality end product.

About the client

What we offer you:

You work in 2 shifts (6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) and benefit from:

• Gross salary between € 2,259 - € 2,637 per month (depending on knowledge and experience). 
• 8% holiday pay. 
• 26 vacation days per year.

What we ask of you:

• Experience in food is a bonus.
• You are familiar with technology, in other words you know how to set up a machine and resolve (minor) technical malfunctions. 
• A forklift certificate is desirable, but not necessary. You can obtain this via Actief Werkt! . 
• A healthy dose of humor and you enjoy working in a team.
