Project Manager

We are immediately looking for a solution-oriented professional with extensive knowledge of the construction sector and experience in maintenance and renovation projects. In this role you manage the essential aspects of time, quality and budget, which are closely linked. Solving problems and efficiently guiding the implementation process are central, where cooperation with our partners in the chain is crucial. Naturally, you are enthusiastic, have strong communication skills and are able to motivate team members.

What we ask of you:

• Driving License B.
• Knowledge of planned maintenance is an advantage.
• HBO+ working and thinking level in construction.
• Significant experience in managing construction projects.
• Familiarity with automation systems, including the MS Office package.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
