As an administrative employee within the Repair, Maintenance and Tires (ROB) team, you and 12 colleagues are responsible for various activities. These are standard parts of lease contracts where lease drivers go to the dealer. This includes periodic maintenance, repairs and tire replacement. During maintenance visits, questions may arise about repairs, such as expensive repairs or when technical problems come to light that are difficult to solve. In such cases, the dealer can contact you to check how and whether these repairs/maintenance are covered by the contract and how the costs should be addressed. 

As an employee at ROB, you handle requests in the ROB application. If necessary, you can contact the dealer by telephone to resolve any problems. Your customer is always the dealer, never the end user of the car. It is desirable to have some technical knowledge of cars, so that you can better understand the nature of the questions. 

This is a temporary position, effective immediately until the end of the year and you are available between 24 and 40 hours.

What we offer you:

  • A salary between €2,700 and € gross per month;
  • 25 vacation days (based on a full-time working week);
  • 8.33% holiday pay;
  • 13th month;

What we ask of you:

  • Minimum MBO+ work and thinking level;
  • Administrative skills;
  • Technical knowledge of motor vehicles through education/interest/experience;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a structured manner;
  • Available for at least 24 hours.
