Recruitment assistant

In this HR back office position you directly contribute to our climate objectives by offering an excellent candidate experience. You are the center of the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Within this role you will have the space to independently tackle projects and contribute to the growth of our team.

With a combination of initiative, creativity and accuracy, you contribute to the successful attraction and onboarding of candidates. You are responsible for:

• guiding candidates during pre- & onboarding 
• drawing up employment contracts
• creating vacancies and continuously optimizing our recruitment and onboarding processes

Eneco's HR department consists of HR Services, HR in Business and Employee Experience. Recruitment is part of HR in Business. Within recruitment you join a team that is in motion, where willingness to change, enthusiasm and diversity are characteristic of the team. The team consists of a Recruitment Director, 11 (interim) corporate Recruiters, 2 Hiring Desk Recruiters and 2 Recruitment Assistants. What we offer you:

• Super varied position for 32 to 40 hours per week
• First employment contract with an end date of October 31, 2024 (option to extend)
• A salary between €3381 and €4769 gross per month
• End-of-year bonus of 4.5%

What we ask of you:

You are proactive, accurate and have strong communication skills. With your organizational skills and stress resistance, you know how to switch effectively in a dynamic environment. You must also be in possession of:

• HBO Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable diploma
• Extensive experience in drawing up employment contracts and onboarding new employees
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written

To be eligible for this position you must be available at least 32 hours per week.
