You will work on various private new construction projects in the three northern provinces. As a self-employed person, you know how to work independently and master all facets of (new) construction.

A construction company with more than 100 years of experience in various specialties. The company is characterized by its enthusiasm and one shared goal, namely realizing your housing wishes to your satisfaction! Een good conversation is the basis of every design, for both private homes and business projects. This construction company specializes in private new construction, from a standard detached house to a villa on the water. Would you also like to build on the experience of this construction company?

What we offer you:

• You receive your payments weekly (yes, really!)
• We have a large network among great companies in Nederland and we are often the first to know where new assignments are.
• We help you with multiple clients, so that you, as a self-employed person, comply with the applicable guidelines in this respect.
• We screen clients for creditworthiness.
• We take care of some of your administration and, for example, ensure proper file formation for the DBA Act.
• We are (industry) specialists in mediation and we are fully aware of the applicable laws and regulations. For example, we can help you draw up general terms and conditions of delivery, approved model agreements or an RI&E evaluation.

What we ask of you:

• In possession of VCA VOL, Chamber of Commerce, VAT number, etc.
• In possession of Driving License B
• Appropriately completed education or at least 10 years of work experience
