Logistics employee

As a Logistics Employee at Royal FloraHolland Naaldwijk , you help deliver fresh flowers and plants worldwide. Your day starts at 6:00 am. You get into your electric car, navigate through the cold room or the potted plants and start picking orders. With your scanner in hand, scan locations and follow the directions to collect the right items. You ensure that everything is organized and that the shipment is ready for shipment to the customer.

The tasks within this position are:

• Order picking of flowers and plants.
• Carrying out quality checks.
• Collaborate with troubleshooters to resolve any issues.

The working days are from Monday to Friday and you start here at 6:00 am. The service is between 3 to 4 hours per day, this may vary by season and/or holidays. 

What we offer you:

• A gross hourly wage of €14.83 or an all-in wage of €16.39;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer (from 5 km one way);
• Pension accrual from your first working day;
• You receive a plant as a gift every quarter;
• Flexible payment of your salary, weekly or every 4 weeks;
• Access to a handy app for your schedule.

What we ask of you:

• You are at least 1.65 meters tall;
• Good command of the Dutch or English language;
• You are available in the morning hours (start time 6:00 am);
• You are available at least 3 days a week, of which Monday is mandatory;
• Age 18 years or older.
