In this dynamic role you are in constant communication with the account managers, various internal departments and customers, so no day is the same.
Your daily work consists of managing internal promotional plans and supervising the introduction process of new products. You act as a link between sales and production, ensure smooth process handling and monitor the progress of various projects. You are also responsible for coordinating ordering and delivery schedules with customers and the business office, especially during promotional periods and holidays. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance, so you handle complaints professionally and efficiently, working closely with our quality department.
