For our client in Apeldoorn we are looking for a quality controller who would like to work full-time. The company where you will work makes high-quality products for the construction sector and to guarantee the quality of these products they are looking for a quality controller. In this position you are responsible for checking at various points in the production process. You monitor whether the quality of the product meets the stated requirements and take action if the quality of the product does not meet the requirements. 

These are your activities: 

  • Randomly checking the end product and the molds in which it is made; 
  • Carrying out measurements on the concrete; 
  • Identifying production errors and labeling them; 
  • You are responsible for administratively recording both production errors and the finished end product; 
  • You have daily consultations with the team leader about progress and provide advice on any adjustments. 

This is a full-time job in the day shift from Monday to Friday. The working hours are from 07:30 - 17:00. 

About the client

Our client is a total supplier for products from the construction sector. This includes various concrete products, such as a structural wall, a concrete floor and stairs of different sizes for homes or business premises. For this position we are looking for someone who has a sense of responsibility. Our client attaches great importance to quality. In addition, it is nice to know that our client stimulates your development. There are various options available, such as taking courses and/or training to delve deeper into the product that is made. In addition, it is important to them that you enjoy going to work and they ensure that various company outings are planned throughout the year to ensure extra bonding with your new colleagues. As soon as you start working here, you will start on a temporary basis, but after a successful period you will receive a contract from the client itself after about six months. 

What we offer you:

  • A gross monthly salary between € 2,450 and € 2,800;
  • 8.33% holiday pay for every hour worked; 
  • 25 vacation days based on full-time employment; 
  • An end-of-year bonus of 3.5% on your annual salary including holiday pay; 
  • Weekly or 4-weekly payment;

What we ask of you:

  • You master the Dutch language, spoken and written, and also speak basic English; 
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage; 
  • You have your own transport for commuting. This location is not accessible by public transport; 
  • You have good communication skills and can work well in a team.
