Relieving worries and organizing is tailor-made for you. Together with your direct colleague, you support the cluster and management team. Booking trips, hotels and rental cars, organizing customer visits, handling official documents, taking care of internal communication and preparing presentations are part of your duties. You are professional, work independently and have a high sense of responsibility and are stress-resistant. You are discreet, accurate and flexible.

It is up to you to arrange everything within the organization, you are an important point of contact for everyone within Döhler. You therefore switch easily between all levels within the organization and have strong communication skills. You take initiative and you work in a structured manner. The work as a Management Assistant is very varied: from complex issues to handling orders and invoices. Every day is different and it is your job to arrange everything down to the last detail.

What we offer you:

  • A salary depending on your experience, everything is negotiable!
  • Your travel costs will be reimbursed, for which you will receive €0.23/km;
  • You receive 8.33% holiday pay to spend during your 25 holiday days per year (based on 40 hours)
  • We pay you weekly or every 4 weeks, the choice is yours;
  • At Döhler there are sincere colleagues who are willing to help you with all your questions;
  • Decided you want to go for it? You will then receive an app in which you can find all your data. This includes pay slips, annual statements and contracts.

What we ask of you:

  • You function at MBO+/HBO level and have completed a course in office management
  • You have at least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position
  • You are experienced with Microsoft Office and in particular Outlook, Powerpoint and other IT systems
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written, German is an advantage
  • You are available for 16 to 20 hours per week
