HR Officer

Within the role of HR Officer you will support the HR Manager Benelux in a broad range of tasks. Your activities include:

• Assist in carrying out annual HR processes such as assessments, training, employee satisfaction surveys, etc.
• Co-managing HR systems (SuccessFactors, Protime, etc.);
• Maintaining HR administration and implementing changes;
• Create HR reports (time registration, absenteeism, etc.) and take subsequent actions;
• Being the first source of information for all employees regarding HR-related questions;
• Onboarding & offboarding of employees;
• Ensuring the 'learning & development' of employees.

What we ask of you:

• A completed HR related training;
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably within an international organization
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Experience with training programs or affinity with employee development
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
• Command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
• Experience with SuccessFactors and/or Protime is an advantage.
