Logistics Team Leader

As a passionate Logistics Team Leader, you are responsible for Inbound and Outbound processes. In addition to managing the team, you are responsible for thoughtful planning and proactively identifying challenges. 

You build the quality of the team and, if necessary, communicate related processes at management level. You take on new challenges and, if you are not yet familiar with the product, you explore the diverse world of Asian food. In a close-knit team, where customer satisfaction is central, you create a stimulating working environment.

Working hours in the 2 shifts are from 5:30 AM to 2:15 PM and from 2:30 PM to 00:15 AM. Furthermore, we also work alternately on weekends.
Surcharges are:
Monday to Friday between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM: 25%
Saturday: 50%
Sunday: 100%

You achieve your success through: 
• Effectively lead the warehouse team with a focus on quality and efficiency. 
• Thoughtfully plan and proactively identify challenges in Inbound and Outbound processes. 
• Optimizing the logistics team and related processes.

What we offer you:

• Een permanent appointment subject to good performance. 
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer (commuting distance > 10 km). 
• Extra kilometer allowance of € 0.02. 
• Business phone and laptop. 
• Appropriate salary between €3200-€4000 (excluding shift allowance). 
• Possibility to participate in courses/training.

What we ask of you:

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a production/logistics environment. 
• Flexibility for 2-shift work and sporadic weekend work. 
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language. 
• Natural leadership.
