Customer-service employee

As a Customer Service Employee you are the first point of contact for various customers from different sectors. You answer questions about payments, orders, technical problems and social assistance requests. No day is the same; you are constantly challenged and your customer-oriented approach really makes the difference.

You are responsible for incoming customer contact via telephone, chat, email and social media. You also conduct outgoing calls, such as placing repeat orders or following up on private lease requests.

You can do this by:

• Handle customer questions in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Proactively solve problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Communicate effectively through different channels.
• Quickly switch between different systems.

About the client

We are a company in Eindhoven that specializes in taking over the entire customer service for various companies. In our cozy office you will work together with a close-knit team of approximately 14 colleagues.

What we offer you:

• You can work flexibly between 20 and 40 hours per week, with a variable schedule that also includes evening and weekend shifts.
• We offer a salary between €13.27 and €15 per hour based on experience.
• Travel allowance, holiday pay, and 25 holiday days per year.
• You also get access to a handy app for time registration.

What we ask of you:

• MBO working and thinking level.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
• Customer-friendly attitude and good communication skills.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
• The ability to quickly switch between different systems.
