At this company, the machines are shipped worldwide via various transport methods, including boat, truck and in emergencies even by plane. Together with your team, you coordinate the administrative and physical aspects of the import and export of goods. From individual parts to complete transport and sorting machines for the biscuit industry, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. As a team leader you are responsible for the warehouse and the preparation of transport, where you work together with 5 motivated colleagues. Your days are filled with various tasks, including:

  • Coordinating activities for logistics and warehouse employees;
  • Monitoring logistics planning and process progress;
  • Coordinate and register received goods;
  • Enforcing safety regulations in the warehouse;
  • Collaboration for process improvements with Supply Chain Manager.

For you it is a sport to ensure that the logistics processes run optimally!

As a Logistics and Warehouse Team Leader you will become part of a dynamic organization that continuously strives for improvement and expansion.

What we offer you:

  • A salary between EUR 3,850 and EUR 4,850 gross per month based on a 40-hour working week; 
  • 27 vacation days and 13 adv days according to the Metalektro collective labor agreement;
  • The ability to 'sell' ADV days annually; 
  • A fixed monthly commuting travel allowance based on 0.23 cents per KM; 
  • A good  pension fund at PME. Of which 50% is paid by the employer;

What we ask of you:

  • You have completed an MBO/HBO education in logistics;
  • You have demonstrable work experience within a logistics department where you have worked extensively with international shipments;
  • You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • You have up-to-date knowledge of international trade and customs legislation.
