Packaging Team Leader

As team leader of the packaging department, you are responsible for a team that works with 18 advanced packaging lines. Each line is managed by a specific operator. Your job is to monitor progress daily and take measures to achieve the planned production output.

You are the primary point of contact for your team and are always ready to listen, motivate and support your team members in their development. Safety is our top priority, as is the pursuit of continuous improvement and growth. You actively promote these core values ​​to your team.

Your duties include:

• Monitor safety and quality standards;
• Utilizing the qualities of your team for optimal output and involvement;
• Leading work meetings and conducting performance and absenteeism interviews;
• Prioritizing work during breakdowns for breakdown engineers;
• Collaborate with the CI Operator to address problems and initiate improvement actions;
• Ensure accurate administration.

The department works in three shifts, with each shift supported by two team leaders.

What we offer you:

• Gross monthly salary from  €3219 to €4666 based on 36 hours per week;
• The gross monthly salary does not include shift allowance; 
• End-of-year bonus 8.33%;
• Payment of €700 in July (for full-time employment);
• Holiday allowance 8%;
• Interesting shift allowance of 17.91%;
• Immediately on contract with the client.

What we ask of you:

You have at least an MBO-4 working and thinking level and demonstrable managerial experience. Experience in a production and results-oriented environment is required. You also have the following competencies:
