Operator

Are you looking for a challenging job as an operator in the world of dairy production? Our client, located in Hoogeveen , is looking for motivated operators with at least MBO level 3 to strengthen the team. As an operator you play a crucial role in the production process of high-quality cheese products. 

As an operator you are responsible for operating and controlling automated production lines. You ensure that the production process runs smoothly and monitor the quality of the end product. You regularly carry out checks and intervene in the event of deviations to optimize production. In addition, you work closely with fellow operators and production employees to guarantee efficient production.

• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment.
• Carrying out quality checks and recording production data.
• Resolving minor technical faults and assisting with maintenance work.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals.
• Ensure a safe working environment and comply with company rules.

About the client

Our client is a Dutch cheese producer. The cooperative company - founded in 1895 - produces Dutch cheese annually at two production locations in Hoogeveen , which is sold worldwide. The source of this cheese, approximately 1 billion liters of milk, is supplied by member dairy farmers. The company has approximately 230 employees. Approximately 90 employees work in production and shipping during the day at the 2 locations in Hoogeveen .

• Your working hours are from 07:00 - 15:00 | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. 
  two early, two late, two overnight and then 4 days off.

What we ask of you:

• Minimum MBO level 3 working and thinking level.
• Experience as an operator is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Affinity with technology and process insight.
• Willingness to work in 5 shifts.
• Sense of responsibility and eye for detail.
