Facilities employee

We are looking for a facilities employee for a large school community. This is a part-time position for 24 hours a week spread over 3 days at the main location at Ermelo . 

The working days are in consultation because you fulfill the position with another colleague.

It is a nice extensive position and the activities include:

- Building management. This includes air extraction, the layout of the rooms and frequent consultation with concierges when an event is taking place, for example;
- Maintaining contact with members of the school management, teachers, suppliers and relevant authorities about management and safety;
- You advise and register requests for repairs and adjustments in the building;
- You prepare quotation requests, compare incoming quotations and advise the department director.

You are also the point of contact for board members and teachers if they have questions, so all in all a great extensive position. It is a temporary position as a replacement and it will cover the period from 13-05-2024 to 25-10-2024.

Our client is a school community in Ermelo and Putten . The school community consists of VMBO, HAVO, Atheneum and bilingual VWO.

What we ask of you:

• You have completed at least an MBO4 education in facility management;
• You are available in the period from 13-05-2024 to 25-10-2024 (in the period from 17-07 to 19-08 there will be somewhat less work due to the holiday period);
• You are able to investigate complex problems related to the task areas and convert them into realistic advice;
• You are great at organizing and you can record meetings accurately and concisely
