As a Laboratory Team Leader, you provide direction to your own department. You ensure that the process runs smoothly. You can do this by:

• Optimizing the process.
• Managing and supporting a team of 10 analysts.
• Introduce and supervise new projects or working methods.
• Use technical insight to solve problems quickly.

About the client

What we offer you:

• You work between 32 and 40 hours a week in Deventer . So you can count on:
• A salary between €3,550 and €4,500 gross per month.
• Directly employed by the client.
