As an Administrative Assistant you are responsible for various administrative tasks that are essential for the daily operations of our company. You play a crucial role in managing communications, processing purchase orders and keeping time records.
What does your day look like?
- Handling incoming and outgoing emails.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Entering and managing time registrations.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting various departments where necessary.
- Ensure accurate and efficient administration.
The client specializes in the installation of cable and pipe systems.
- Een salary between €14.00 and €17.00 per hour, depending on experience and age
- Preferably a full-time position (40 hours per week), but part-time is negotiable.
- Een pleasant and informal working atmosphere in a close-knit team.
- Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills
