What are you going to do?

• As a logistics team leader of the packing department, you are responsible for coordinating daily activities, including processing incoming and outgoing goods, order picking and warehouse management.
• You motivate, guide and direct the logistics staff to deliver optimal performance, while ensuring a safe and orderly working environment.
• Regular consultation with other coordinators and the management team to ensure operational efficiency and address any bottlenecks.
• You will lead your team to ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods are handled accurately and that quality standards are maintained.
• Responsible for managing the lending of Espresso coffee machines to customers, including cleaning and storage in the warehouse.

What we offer you:

• A salary between €2,400 and €3,111 based on full-time employment, excluding shift allowance.

What we ask of you:

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level or demonstrable work experience in a comparable position.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
