We are looking for an Operator Bread Baker for our client. In this role you work in flexible shifts and are responsible for the entire baking process, including the finishing of both small and large bread and specialties. We offer an extensive induction program, consisting of e-learning and internal training under the guidance of an experienced senior baker, so that you can fully master the trade. In addition, there are various growth opportunities within various production departments. You may discover an interest in producing gluten-free bread; that's also a possibility!

As a Bread Baker Operator, your duties and responsibilities include:

• Preparing bread according to fixed recipes.
• Ensuring quality and optimizing the entire production process.
• Unloading ovens and checking end products for taste, smell, color and shape.
