Team Leader

As a team leader, you contribute to the smooth running of daily activities. In addition to the managerial position, you are also prepared to work hands-on on the work floor when necessary. Your goal? Een promote an open communication culture between you and your team, which forms the basis for a pleasant working atmosphere. Thanks to your involvement, your employees dare to approach you and feel heard. 

Your activities consist of:

• Maintaining contacts with customers and suppliers
• Administrative tasks
• Making personnel planning
• Troubleshooting any malfunctions
• Performance reviews with employees
• Conducting job interviews and hiring new colleagues
• Processing any complaints

You will work at a company that was originally a family business and has grown into the market leader in car washes. With an annual turnover of 40 million euros and almost 300 employees spread across locations in Nederland and Belgium, the company is constantly developing. What we offer you:

As a team leader you will receive:

• Gross monthly salary from € 2697 to € 3634, depending on experience.
• After the temporary employment period, a contract with the client

What we ask of you:

As a team leader, you are not afraid to take direction where necessary. You create a good working atmosphere on the floor and are involved with your entire team, due to your open personality. 

You also bring:

• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and oral communication
• Experience in a managerial position, with a background in customer focus, coaching and improving sales and quality.
