Customer service employee

We are looking for an administrative/customer service employee for a company specialized in white goods. In this challenging position you will speak to customers by telephone and email. You immerse yourself in the products and are the central point of contact within the organization when it comes to customer contact and planning. What are your tasks? 

• Taking care of incoming and outgoing e-mail and telephone traffic
• Support with all common administrative tasks
• Planning work (planning trips)
• Complaints and returns handling
• Provide support to the marketing team

You will be working at a small company that has been working hard for a number of years. They are gaining increasing brand awareness and continue to grow. You work at the depot in Woerden and work together with a part-time planner and the owner. It concerns a full-time working week, if you prefer to work 4 days, this is also negotiable. 

About the client

The client is a supplier and delivery service of Witgoed. 

What we offer you:

• Gross monthly salary from EUR 2,300 to a maximum of EUR 2,700 based on 40 hours per week and depending on work experience
• A 5 or 4 day working week 
• Travel allowance

What we ask of you:

• You have an MBO + thinking level and at least two years of work experience in a similar position
• Extensive experience in using Microsoft Office and knowledge of Navision/Business Central is an advantage
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written
• You are accurate and have good communication skills
• You can work well in a team as well as independently
• You live in Woerden or surrounding areas
