Maintenance engineer E&I

Our client is immediately looking for an E&I Maintenance Engineer who enjoys maintaining, repairing, adjusting, testing and solving malfunctions in electrical and measuring and control technical parts of various company installations. But you may also have to deal with high-voltage installations, DCS systems or gas and fire detection systems. Together with your colleagues, you prevent malfunctions and downtime of electrical installations in a petrochemical environment.

Your activities include:

• Based on work orders, fault reports or instructions, you carry out installation, maintenance and repair work (both preventive and corrective);
• Independently carrying out small projects, including adjustments to switch panels, field cabling, instrumentation and adjusting frequency controllers;
• You are responsible for the installation, connecting, starting up and repairing or maintaining devices or installations.

What we ask of you:

• At least a previous education MBO 4 / HBO in Electrical Engineering and/or Measurement and Control Technology;
• At least 3 years of experience as an E&I technician or similar position;
• Experience with energy generation, measuring and control technology and electrical installations;
• NEN3140 VP;
• VCA;
• Experience with DCS systems and PLCs is an advantage.
