Team Leader

For a car wash in Breda we are looking for an enthusiastic team leader who can manage the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. We are looking for someone who is friendly and has good communication skills, whether it concerns questions, comments or complaints. On the work floor, you are the essential link: you lead the staff, plan efficiently, and provide assistance with minor technical problems. You also actively participate on the work floor, where you help customers, provide advice on the different washing programs, manage the cash register and perform other location-related tasks. It is a dynamic position with many responsibilities and a close-knit team.

The Car Wash Street is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The exact working days will be determined in consultation with your manager, but it is important that you are available at least once a month on Saturday and/or Sunday.

What we offer you:

• Salary depending on age and experience between € 2550 - € 2800 per month, based on 38 hours;

What we ask of you:

• You preferably have an MBO diploma with a focus on management;
• You are available to work between 32 and 38 hours per week;
• You speak both Dutch and English well;
