Assistant Team Leader

As an assistant team leader you work from the warehouse in Breda . The products are received on site, carefully sorted and checked before being prepared and loaded for delivery to the customer. Together with your team you are responsible for arranging everything in a timely and efficient manner. In collaboration with the team leader, you manage the logistics employees on a daily basis. Your tasks include:

• Drawing up and planning work preparations;
• Implement process improvements where necessary;
• Enforcement of safety standards in the workplace;
• Full responsibility for receiving, preparing and shipping goods.

A large proportion of the goods received concern heavier packages such as white goods. The warehouse operates 24/7, resulting in a 4-shift system. We are convinced that the most effective way of learning is by doing, so experience in a managerial position is not an absolute requirement.

The working hours are as follows:

• Morning: 06:45-15:15
• Evening: 2:45 PM-11:15 PM
• Night: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM

• You have a Certificate of Good Conduct or are willing to apply for one; 
• You are willing to work in 4 shifts.
