As a KCC employee you are the first point of contact for residents, entrepreneurs and visitors to the municipality. You will independently answer questions that come in via telephone, e-mail and social media. You can also be deployed at the counter and welcome visitors who report to the municipality. The questions you receive are about all municipal services and products such as permits, travel documents, municipal taxes, making appointments, but also accepting and registering reports about public spaces.
The team consists of 14 colleagues.
