Process operator

As a Process Operator you are a crucial link in the production process. You are responsible for operating and checking the installations efficiently and accurately, both from the control room and on location. You set process variables, monitor conditions and adjust processes based on accurate measurements. In addition to your technical skills, you contribute to taking samples and carrying out quality checks, and you are involved in maintaining and cleaning the installations.

• Salary according to scale 6 of the Dairy Collective Labor Agreement;

• Shift allowance of 28.7%

What we ask of you:

• You have an MBO diploma in a relevant field and are passionate about further developing your skills.
• You enjoy working in an environment with varying challenges and in a 5-shift schedule.
• Accuracy and quality orientation are inherent to your working style.
• You have a proactive attitude and are not afraid to show initiative.
• Experience with ISO, HACCP and SAP is a plus, and you understand the importance of hygiene, production processes and quality assurance.
