What does the position of assistant executor entail?
As an assistant executor at A.Hak Warmte you get the opportunity to work your way up to become a full-fledged executor. In this role you focus on various underground infrastructure projects and specialized tasks. What your colleagues have prepared in the office, you translate into practice at the project locations. You create unity and divide the work effectively. Your areas of work are mainly in Zuid-Holland , Westland and the Randstad. Your main duties and responsibilities include:

• Leading teams working on district heating projects, where you strive for unity and efficiency thanks to your practical approach and insight into people.
• First point of contact on the construction site.
• Maintaining contacts with subcontractors and clients. 
• Carefully managing the cost estimate throughout the project and reporting weekly on progress. 
• Ensuring quality and ensuring that the work meets the set quality standards through regular inspections and intervention if necessary.

What we ask of you:

As an assistant executive, you have ambition and like to take the lead. You are assertive and excellent at planning and organizing. Moreover, you can quickly pick up new tasks. You also have:

• Demonstrable experience in infrastructure and the ambition to work as an assistant executive. 
• At least an MBO diploma, preferably in technology or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as VCA and ARBO.
• Driving License B.
