Packing employee

Your role is essential to ensure that customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. You start preparing the labels and packaging for shipping, but not before checking the quality of the products. When the products come from post-processing, use the checklist to check whether they meet the high quality requirements. By identifying any deviations, you help to continuously improve processes and continue to deliver high-quality products. If a product meets all quality requirements, pack it carefully, add the correct shipping label and process it correctly in the system.

We work in a 3-shift system. The night shift starts on Monday evening at 10:30 PM and lasts four nights, followed by a long weekend. You work through the nights until 6:00 am.

In the 3-shift system, an average of 34 hours are worked per week. However, the salary on the pay slip is based on 36 hours per week, due to compensation for night shifts and other special services. In addition, the early service starts at 6 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m. The late service starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 10:30 PM.
