Operator (full-time)

As an operator, you work closely with your colleagues in the production department for our client Bison International in Goes . As an operator you will be given a permanent place in the team and you will participate in a morning or afternoon shift, with Friday being half a day. The working hours you work one week are from 5.20 am to 2.30 pm in the early shift and from 2.20 pm to 11.30 pm in the late shift. On Friday you work from 5.20 -12.10 or from 12.00 - 18.00. For you this means going home on time and celebrating the weekend early!

Your tasks include preparing and carrying out the mixing process by collecting and combining raw materials and auxiliary materials. The goal is to have your final product ready within the set period. You operate the mixing installation and ensure that the product is ready for further processing. Afterwards, you carry out quality checks according to specifications, register product data and report deviations to the shift leader. In the role of operator you prepare both end products and semi-finished products. At Bison, safety comes first, so working accurately and according to guidelines is essential.

• Mixing raw materials
• Collecting means of production
• Weighing raw materials
• Checking products from the mixing machine
• Cleaning glue containers and equipment
• Assembling and cleaning parts
• Disposal of waste
• Setting up machines

What we offer you:

• Full-time working week (39 hours)
• Starting salary between €2,524 and €3,000 gross per month (excluding shift allowance and depending on experience)
• Shift allowance 14.2% and overtime allowance (150% during the week and 200% at weekends)
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer
• 25 vacation days and 6 ADV days per year
• 8.33% holiday allowance
• Profit distribution depends on how many years you have been employed
• Permanent appointment if proven suitability after trial period

What we ask of you:

• Technical MBO working and thinking level. 
• Experience in a similar position or in a production environment
• Own transport or living in the area of Goes
• Willing to work in 2 shifts
