Internal technical commercial employee

As a Technical Commercial Employee, you play an essential role in the sales and customer service team. You will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and attracting new customers through technical advice and commercial skills. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure that products and services are optimally positioned and tailored to customer needs. In this position you are responsible for, among other things:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via telephone, email and other communication channels.
• Advising customers on technical specifications, product applications and solutions.
• Identifying sales opportunities and working proactively to increase sales.
• Preparing and following up on quotations and price proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as technical support, product development and logistics to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintaining customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
