We are looking for a (senior) customer service employee for the client in Apeldoorn . Een nice diverse position where you are the link between the customer, the supplier and the internal organization.
You form a close-knit, small but independent team where you get energy from relieving the worries of both customers and the team of service employees.

For this cool vacancy the tasks include:
* Coordinate the service notifications
* Execution of administrative customer processes
* Communication with customer
* Identify customer wishes and implement them with your team

A nice challenging position on a part-time basis with a reward of up to € 3,150 per month based on 40 hours. The location is Apeldoorn , but you must also be prepared to work in Helmond for training.

About the client

As an independent family business, this laundry has been renting out company clothing, mats, wipers and cleaning cloths for over 90 years and providing toilets and changing rooms with sanitary equipment. Customers would rather not have to deal with that, so they take away all unnecessary headaches. They provide customers with the right products and take full responsibility for washing, repairing and replacing unusable items.

- Een salary between €2,600 - €3,100 per month based on a 40-hour working week
- End-of-year bonus accrual of 5.33%
- 8.33% holiday pay and accrual of 25 holiday days with a full-time job
- Travel allowance €0.19 cents per kilometer (up to a maximum of 40 kilometers one way)
- Pension accrual

What we ask of you:

For this great position as a customer service employee we ask the following:
* Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level
* Good communicative skills
* Solving ability and can work independently
* Commercial institution
* Mastery of the Dutch language, spoken and written
* Available between 21 and 28 hours per week.
* Experience in customer service or similar position is an advantage
