Customer service employee breakdown maintenance

32 - 40 hours/week
€2300 - €2773 per month

We are looking for a customer service employee for our client in Apeldoorn . In this position you are responsible for reporting malfunctions and reporting them to the correct department. 

These are your duties:

  • Taking telephone reports; 
  • Managing the mailbox and sending various emails to colleagues; 
  • Prioritizing the incoming reports;
  • Assisting in scheduling technicians for repair jobs; 
  • You check the reports drawn up with the report and forward them to the client;
  • Internal contact with your colleagues to provide other departments with the correct information; 
  • Making quotations and sending them to the customer. 

This is a position for at least 32 hours per week, but preferably for 40. You will work at the office in Apeldoorn and will agree with your manager which working hours you will work.

What we ask of you:

  • You have MBO+ work and thinking level; 
  • You master the Dutch language, spoken and written; 
  • You have good communication skills and have experience in a similar position; 
  • You are stress-resistant and often think in solutions; 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and you can handle different systems well.
