Service advisor

Do you like to be the first point of contact and do you like to relieve the customer? Do you also have strong communication skills in the Dutch language and can you keep an overview? Then read on, because then this position as a service advisor could definitely be something for you! 

What are you going to do?

As a service advisor for the branch in Waalwijk , you are the hospitable link between the company and the customers. Your job? Welcoming customers with open arms, listening to their wishes and ensuring that all their questions and concerns are professionally addressed. You plan and coordinate service appointments, are ready to provide advice on maintenance and repairs and prepare quotations. Together with a total of 30 colleagues you form a close-knit team, where they regularly end with a Friday afternoon drink. What else are your responsibilities?

• Creating work orders;
• Accurately planning and coordinating service appointments;
• Conveniently scheduling work for your colleagues in the workshop;
• Monitoring the progress of vehicle repairs and keeping customers informed throughout this process;
• Administrative jack-of-all-trades: consider invoicing and maintaining the necessary documentation.
