Reach truck driver

In this important role you are the driving force behind the tasty cheeses of this cheese factory. Without you, no tasty cheeses would be made! As a reach truck driver you contribute to the success of the company by:

• Receiving cheeses and packaging
• Driving out and in cheeses with a reach truck
• Treating cheeses with a robot
• Covering cheeses: add the finishing touch 
• Ensure clean equipment and a tidy working environment

During quiet periods you work from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and on Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM. During busier times, you can switch to a 2-shift schedule in consultation. This means working between 6:00 AM and 8:30 PM, with an early shift one week and a late shift the following week. This pattern repeats until the busy period is over. Every day you enjoy two half-hour breaks.

Our client is a leading family business that ripens their cheeses in a traditional way and produces their own cheese products, such as grated cheese, cheese slices and cheese for gift packaging. Our informal working atmosphere and collaboration with colleagues make the company unique.

What we ask of you:

• Experience in driving a reach truck or forklift
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Accuracy in performing tasks
• Flexibility in working hours, including irregular hours during busy periods
• Willing to work until 8:30 PM
• Love for quality, order and cleanliness
