Front office employee HU

As a Front Office Employee at HU HEALTH&WEL Center, you are the first point of contact for patients, teachers and students. You receive and inform patients who register by telephone, digitally or physically. You also support teachers and students in making appointments with patients, managing schedules, placing orders and lending materials.

Working environment: HU HEALTH&WEL Center is located at Utrecht Science Park and offers a professional and lively working environment. You will work in a team that is committed to supporting teachers and students and welcoming visitors. To keep the front office staffed optimally, Thursday and Friday are mandatory working days (Thursday may be negotiable).

• A salary ranging from €15.50 to €21.21 per hour (based on scale 6);

What we ask of you:

• You are available from August to the end of December 2024;
• You have work experience as a front office employee or similar role;
• You are flexible and proactive;
• You are customer-friendly and solution-oriented;
• You have an affinity with the healthcare sector;
• You have knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and you are willing to learn new software programs, such as our Electronic Patient File.
