Receptionist

As a receptionist you will happily welcome both incoming colleagues and residents of the municipality Hillegom . In this position you work 2 days a week, with working days still negotiable. Working hours will be from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. During the holiday period it is nice if you are available for more hours. The activities you will perform include: 

• Accept new notifications;
• Scheduling the report to the correct department;
• Light administrative tasks, such as time registration;
• Incoming phone calls.

What we offer you:

• The salary you will earn depends on your experience, which is between €13.27 and €15 gross per hour.
• Travel allowance;
• 8.33% holiday pay;
