Collaborating workshop manager

We are looking for a cooperating workshop manager with technical insight for one of our clients. As a workshop manager, you lead a team of mechanics. Your responsibility in this position is to ensure optimal and efficient management of the workshop. In the workshop, maintenance is carried out on various machines, including tractors, cranes, etc. In short, we are looking for someone with an affinity for technology, who has good communication skills and is willing to support the technicians in their work if necessary.

About the client

You will work at a family business that works in earthmoving, contract work and mechanization. The atmosphere here is friendly, as befits a family business. A lot of attention is paid to the staff here and you are not a number here.
