Painter

We are immediately looking for an experienced painter for our client in Drachten who wants to be assured of a reliable employer with a lot of variety in the work for the rest of the year.

You are expected to work with enthusiasm every day. The painting is of course the most important, but it is also important that you are in good contact with the customer. As an experienced painter, you will work for our client on various projects such as private homes (both new construction and renovation), commercial properties and factories. Although we are looking for an independent painter, you are not alone. Together with colleagues who have been working at the company for a long time, you ensure that the job is done. If you give birth well, it is also possible for you to get a permanent place with the client. Our client has sufficient work all year round and is looking for a painter who wants to commit to the company for a longer period of time.

About the client

Our client is a painting company with 20 experienced professional painters. Since its founding in 2000, they have built a beautiful and diverse customer base, which results in many different types of painting jobs in the region Friesland , Groningen and Drenthe . In addition to painting, our client is also involved in glass installation, wood rot repairs and wallpapering. 

What we offer you:

• A salary in accordance with the Painters collective labor agreement (€2,680 - €3,740)

• Full-time work of 37.5 hours per week (part-time possible in consultation);

What we ask of you:

• Completed painting training or demonstrable experience;
• You like to work neatly and have an eye for detail;
• Living in the region Drachten ;
• Preferably a driving license B, but you can also drive with colleagues;
• In possession of a VCA diploma (or willing to obtain it free of charge via Actief Techniek ).
