Warehouse Employee

Do you have logistics experience, are available full-time and do you like variety and technical skills? We are looking for a Logistics Employee who contributes to efficient and sustainable logistics services.

As a warehouse employee you play an important role in the safe and efficient processing of vulnerable devices in our logistics center. You are responsible for loading, unloading and storing the devices according to the applicable procedures. You ensure that the goods are handled correctly to prevent damage. In addition to warehouse work, you can also be deployed in the pre-installation department. Here you will mainly dismantle the devices and, if possible, prepare them for a second life. It may also happen that you are asked to go with the driver for a day to help deliver products to customers. 

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading of vulnerable equipment using internal transport
• Checking and registering incoming and outgoing goods
• Packaging and labeling of goods according to regulations
• Ensure an orderly and clean storage space
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize logistics processes
• Reporting any deviations, damage or defects

Our client specializes in logistics services. Offer a broad package of these services in various industries. This service mainly involves delivering sensitive equipment to customers. In the warehouse at the customer's location, the equipment is prepared for use or reinstalled for a second life and then delivered to the customer. In addition to delivery, the equipment is installed until ready to start by our own staff. What we ask of you:

• You have relevant experience in a logistics environment.
• You are in possession of a forklift, reach truck and/or electric pallet truck certificate, or are willing to obtain one
• You are flexible due to a rotating schedule
• You have an affinity with technology
• You have knowledge and/or experience with the WMS system and scanner
