All-round earthmoving employee

As an All-round Earthmoving Employee you play an essential role in various phases of earthmoving projects. You work closely with a team of professionals and contribute to the successful execution of various tasks, including:

• Machine work: Operating various earth-moving machines such as excavators, bulldozers and wheel loaders, to move soil, level and carry out other earthworks.
• Site preparation: Preparing construction sites by excavating, filling and leveling soil to required specifications.
• Transport: Loading, unloading and moving materials, soil and construction equipment on the construction site.
• Maintenance: Perform basic inspections and maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure they continue to operate safely and efficiently.
• Collaboration: Working as a team and communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.

We are looking for an all-rounder who can work as a ground worker one day, a tractor driver the next, drive a shovel the next, etc. No day is the same and you will be deployed for all kinds of tasks. 

About the client

The company operates in the earthmoving sector. 

What we offer you:

- Varied work.
- We offer you all certificates (free) to do your work properly and safely.
- Salary between €2,600 and €3,100 gross per month.
- KM reimbursement of € 0.21 per km.
- Obtain an E behind B driver's license if not yet in possession (trailer).

What we ask of you:

• Experience in earthmoving and operating various earthmoving machines.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and standards in the construction and earthmoving industries.
• Insight into construction plans and drawings.
• Physically able to work in an outdoor environment and meet the physical demands of the job.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on different projects and willingness to learn new skills.
• Possession of relevant certificates and driving license B(E) is a plus.
