As a Spare Parts Coordinator you are the link between customers, factories and partners. You are ready to answer and resolve customer questions and technical problems, both by telephone and in writing. You coordinate urgent orders and ensure that spare parts for Motors and Drives are delivered on time and to the right place. Your tasks include:

  • Preparing quotations for spare parts and coordinating these with the factory.
  • Entering and following up orders in SAP, where you take immediate action for urgent orders.
  • Actief think about more efficient work processes to improve services.
  • Acting as a link between customer, factory and colleagues, where you also take advantage of commercial opportunities.

Your team: You will soon be part of a team of 3 Spare Parts Employees, where cooperation and diversity are central. You work partly from the office and partly from home, and have a lot of contact with the factory in Finland and with customers on location.

What we ask of you:

As a Spare Parts Coordinator you are the organizer par excellence. You communicate clearly and clearly, and you are not discouraged by the hustle and bustle. Affinity with technology is a must. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a big advantage, but if you can learn quickly and are motivated, we are open to that too! We further ask:

  • MBO 4 working and thinking level.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
  • Accuracy and enthusiasm.
