What are you going to do?

 As an HR Business Partner you are the first point of contact for all personnel matters, from strategy to executive, for the 75 colleagues in Roggel . You are the connection between management and the rest of the organization. Your activities are: 

  • You help shape the HR strategy so that it fits seamlessly with the goals of the organization.
  • You actively participate in various strategic HR projects, including those at international level.
  • You offer advice and guidance to both managers and employees on various HR issues, and you are involved in the entire HR process.
  • You use Performance Indicators to determine direction and recognize trends within the organization.
  • You work on the development and implementation of a training plan that meets both the organizational goals and the learning needs of the staff.
  • You organize various learning opportunities, such as training, knowledge sessions and toolboxes, to promote interactive learning.
  • You guide and coach managers in improving their leadership skills.

About the client

The Döhler Group is an international group of companies with more than 7,000 employees in more than 30 countries, and is a leading producer of natural ingredients for the food industry, and in particular the soft drinks and fruit drinks industry. 

In Nederland there are two locations, Oosterhout and Roggel . You are part of the HR department consisting of Anouk, Head of HR, an HR Business Partner and L&D Specialist, Astrid from Personnel Administration and Absenteeism Guidance, Paddy from Recruitment and Onboarding, José from Payroll and Ralph, the System Manager and specialist in employer benefits. Lydia, who works in Roggel , supports the team in the field of Payroll three days a week. You report functionally to the Head of Plant and hierarchically to the Head of HR.

  • Immediately a contract with Döhler for 16-20 hours per week.
  • Flexible working hours. 
  • A gross salary between €3,500 and €5,000 gross per month based on a 39-hour working week.
  • 25 vacation days and a bonus scheme.
  • Bicycle arrangement and travel expenses reimbursement: €0.23 per kilometer (max. €250 per month).

What we ask of you:

For this position we are looking for an experienced HR advisor or HR business Partner who can divide the working hours over several days. We also ask: 

  • A completed HBO course in HRM or Personnel Management. 
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language.
