Ground worker

We are looking for several candidates who are looking for a challenging part-time job as a ground worker with our client in Zoeterwoude . As part of the team in Zoeterwoude you work closely with experienced operators. Your main task is to support the operator by scooping malt away from the edges of the ship. The malt is then stored in silos, which are later used by Heineken to brew their specialties.

Further work includes:

• Supporting engineers when unloading ships;
• Keeping the site clean with a high-pressure cleaner;
• Assist with other logistics activities if necessary.

For now, this concerns on-call basis, approximately 7 to 8 hours per week, but there may not be work every week. 
It is possible to work more during the holiday period! This position is also possible on a self-employed basis.

About the client

You will work for our client in Zoeterwoude . Our client specializes in depot management, supply and transport. They offer a total logistics concept with a focus on quality, safety and reliability. Personal development and a good working atmosphere are of paramount importance to our client.

The working days are from Monday to Friday and you will work in a 2 shift system of; 07:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 22:00.
Occasionally you may be asked if you can work extra on Saturdays!

• A gross salary between €2,307 and €2,667 per month (based on 40 hours);

• You are in possession of a VCA diploma, or are willing to obtain one in the short term;
