Operator 5 shifts

For our client in Apeldoorn , we are looking for an experienced Operator. In this position you support the permanent Operators in setting up and adjusting the machines and ensure that the set production goals are achieved. 

The work:

• Setting up and adjusting the machines;
• Carrying out quality checks;
• Identifying deviations and taking action 
• Carrying out (preventive) maintenance work.

As soon as you come to work here, you will start in the 5-shift system. This means that you work two days in the morning shift, then two days in the afternoon shift, and then two days in the night shift. After this you will be free for four days! You will work in a permanent team. 

About the client

You will work at an international manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions and industrial films. This includes plastic films for packaging food, intended to extend the shelf life of food. The company also produces stretch and wrapping film; These products are often used in logistics and distribution to stabilize and safely transport goods on pallets.

What we offer you:

• A gross monthly salary of € 2,531.70 without allowances. Including allowances (29% on each hour), your gross monthly salary is € 3,265.89; 
• 8.33% holiday pay for every hour worked;
• 25 vacation days per year with full-time employment; 
• 8.33% end-of-year bonus; 
• You can start at short notice;
• You will be working for a good employer with an open and informal working atmosphere.

For this position we are looking for someone who: 

• Has gained experience as an Operator; 
• Would like to work in 5 shifts and is available at short notice; 
• The Dutch language speaks.
