Operator

As an Operator in our production plant, you are essential for operating, converting and maintaining our advanced packaging machines. You play an active role in solving malfunctions and you contribute to the constant improvement of our processes. This role requires a strong affinity with technology and the flexibility to work in a 3-shift system.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operating, converting and maintaining packaging machines;
• Actief contribute to troubleshooting;
• Continuously strive to improve our processes.

• Competitive gross monthly salary from € 2579 to € 3517 excluding allowances (Depending on your work experience);
• Attractive shift allowance of 17.91%;

What we ask of you:

• Willingness to learn and grow within our machine park; 
• Demonstrable MBO level 3/4;
• Strong technical insight, experience is a plus; 
• Affinity with technology is a requirement.
