Assistant Operator

For our client, Trioworld , located in Apeldoorn , we are looking for an Assistant Operator. As an Assistant Operator at Trioworld you will become part of an innovative team that focuses on producing high-quality packaging materials. In this position you will learn all the ins and outs about setting up and adjusting machines and you will support your colleagues in the production process.

What does your working day look like?

• Shift transfer: Your shift starts with a shift transfer where you receive updates about the status of the machines, any malfunctions and other details.
• Division of work: After the meeting, your manager will assign the tasks that you will take on. The work can vary from operating machines and carrying out quality checks to preparing semi-finished products for the machines and other common activities.
• Break: There is a canteen where you can have a quiet lunch, relax and catch up with your colleagues.
• After the break: You resume your work and determine together with your colleagues which tasks have priority, which you then take up.
• End of the shift: At the end of your shift, you and your colleagues hand over all ongoing matters to the next shift.

As soon as you come to work here, you will start in the 5-shift system. This means that you work two days in the morning shift, then two days in the afternoon shift, and then two days in the night shift. After this you will be free for four days!

About the client

Trioworld specializes in the production of flexible packaging solutions and industrial films. This includes plastic films for packaging food, intended to extend the shelf life of food. The company also produces stretch and wrapping film; These products are often used in logistics and distribution to stabilize and safely transport goods on pallets. With various locations both in Nederland and worldwide, you will work at the location in Apeldoorn .

What we offer you:

As soon as you start working through us at Trioworld you can count on: 

• A gross monthly salary of € 2446.09 without allowances. Including allowances (28% on each hour), your gross monthly salary is € 3,131; 
• 8.33% holiday pay for every hour worked;
• 25 vacation days per year with full-time employment; 
• 8.33% end-of-year bonus; 
• You can start at short notice;

For this position we are looking for someone who: 

• Has an affinity with technology and wants to learn the trade as an operator.
