Customer-service employee

As a French-speaking Customer Service Employee you are the first point of contact for customers. You support them, answer questions by telephone and schedule delivery appointments. Customer friendliness is central to this position.

What are you going to do?

• Provide telephone support to customers
• Schedule delivery appointments and answer questions

• Salary €13.27 per hour (excluding surcharge)
