Collaborating foreman

As a cooperating foreman of the assembly department, you become an indispensable link in a dynamic team. You will work with your colleagues to produce and assemble the products and lead the assembly team. Important to know, the current cooperating foreman will help you get started and ensure that you master the position! 

Your tasks as a cooperating foreman:

• Guiding colleagues, you are always available to help and support your colleagues; 
• You have an overview and ensure that planning and output run smoothly, in conjunction with the work of the other teams;
• You don't shy away from creating high-quality products;
• You are responsible for assembling and assembling these essential products;
• Completing customer-specific solutions: Customization is no problem for you; you ensure that every customer is satisfied;
• You work accurately and ensure that everything runs smoothly administratively;
• You guarantee the quality of the products by carrying out regular checks on semi-finished and finished products.

About the client

You will work in an informal environment, where you work closely with your colleagues and the current cooperating foreman of the assembly department. Your working days are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

• Salary in accordance with the Metal and Technology Collective Labor Agreement; 
• Travel allowance of 0.23 cents per km;
• Working in day shifts;

What we ask of you:

We are looking for a driven, cooperative foreman with a passion for technology and an eye for quality. You are a real go-getter and know how to get the best out of your team. You have an affinity with the metal industry and preferably have experience in a similar position.

• Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level;
• Available full-time from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.;
• You have knowledge and experience in the metal industry;
• You have the ambition to grow as a team leader.
