Coordinator

As an automotive coordinator, you ensure that the fleet of more than 100,000 cars is always in tip-top condition. You are crucial: without you everything stands still, you love precision and always strive for maximum service and quality in every repair and maintenance task.

In this role you are the hub in the web of maintenance requests and you work in the Maintenance, Tyers and Repair department. Your strategic decisions determine the condition and availability of each vehicle, and effective management of the system is essential. You can achieve this by working on:

• Maintain the department's mailbox and distribute it to the right colleague.
• Follow up on driver surveys and process them in the system.
• Send MOT overdue letters to customers.
• Schedule vehicle transports.

This position is for 24 hours a week. On a full-time basis (40 hours) you can count on:

• A gross monthly salary up to € 3,200.

• MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
• Experience with administration, support functions, car technology is an advantage.
